Miguel Maria was born in Colombia and moved to the United States in 2001 at the age of 20, seeking a brighter future. He began his journey in Miami, working in a hotel cafeteria. Observing the real estate boom in 2002, he sought opportunities in the industry and started collaborating with investors who were purchasing, remodeling, and selling single-family homes in the Tampa Bay area.

Miguel quickly fell in love with the business. With guidance from investors who became his mentors, he developed his skills and soon managed over 150 properties in Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Jacksonville.
